Our Profile

Maxwell International Holdings Berhad (“Maxwell”) was incorporated on 3 November 2009 under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965 as a public company limited by shares. Maxwell owns 100% of Jinjiang Zhenxing Shoes & Plastics Co Ltd (“Zhenxing Shoes”).

Our Products

Maxwell Group specialises in the design and manufacturing of sports shoes for domestic and overseas customers, which comprise mainly trading houses and brand distributors, via our wholly-owned subsidiary company, Zhenxing Shoes.

Proposed New Facilities In Henan, China

Maxwell International Holdings Berhad’s subsidiary, Jinjiang Zhenxing Shoes & Plastics Co Ltd, has acquired a piece of land in Henan Province, the People’s Republic of China. Maxwell Group plans to build a new factory on the proposed land.
